EFI Logistics are appointed as official freight forwarder, customs agent and on-site materials handling company for Routes Americas 2026.
We are here to help you with shipping, customs, advance receiving and moving your materials in and out of the show. NOTE: EFI and our customs broker are the only company sanctioned by Routes to customs clear and deliver shipments for this event.

You must send your completed shipping/ customs invoice to EFI BEFORE you ship to Routes Americas 2026. You will need the green light to ship from us before your goods arrive in Brasil.

Services to Routes Exhibitors, Sponsors and Contractors:

Door to booth shipping service for exhibitors, tracked every step of the way with PDF notifications along route as well as upon final delivery to your stand.
Includes full on-site support from our team in Rio de Janeiro.

Customs clearance including use of our customs bond which allows us to clear temporary import equipment for a show as quickly and cost effectively as possible.

Material Handling at the Exhibit Hall - Unloading of material and delivery directly to your booth.
Storage and return of empty packaging materials, assistance with packing, tagging, reloading after the show and onward shipping.

If you are shipping from outside Brasil, your shipment must be customs cleared.
The following shipping deadlines apply to all shipments:
