EFI Logistics is appointed as the official freight forwarder, customs agent and on-site materials handling company for TOC Americas 2026.
EFI has requested Zona Franca status at the Las Americas Convention Centre in Cartagena for this event.
This allows the duty-free import and re-export of event/ display materials via our customs broker service.
All deliveries must be pre-booked and ordered through our service. Shipments are received at the TOC Americas Advance Warehouse and moved to the venue by our team.
Exhibitors must use the order form in our Download Centre. EFI will provide shipping labels and instructions.

Door to stand shipping service for exhibitors, tracked every step of the way with photographic notifications along route as well as upon final delivery to your stand.
Includes full on-site support in Cartagena.

Advanced warehouse. Deliver your show materials to us before the show and we will store them at our secure warehouse before delivering them to your stand at the show ready for your arrival/ set up.

Customs clearance including use of our customs bond

On-site handling services - Unloading of material and delivery directly to your booth.
Storage and return of empty packaging materials, assistance with packing, tagging and onward shipping.
