EFI Logistics are appointed as official freight forwarder, customs agent and on-site materials handling company for Routes World 2026 in Frankfurt.
EFI is the only company sanctioned by Routes to customs clear and deliver shipments for this event.
All materials move in or out of Frankfurt Messe by our handling team.
Please book all services in advance to ensure our best rates and service.
Send your completed freight order/ shipping/ customs invoice to EFI BEFORE you ship to Routes World. We will send you official event shipping labels and our green light to ship to Frankfurt.

Services to Routes Exhibitors, Sponsors and Contractors

Door to booth shipping service for exhibitors, tracked with PDF notifications/ confirmation of final delivery to your stand. You will receive full on-site support from our team in Frankfurt.

Customs clearance including use of our customs bond which allows us to clear temporary import equipment for a show as quickly and cost effectively as possible.

Material Handling at the Exhibit Hall
Material handling/ unloading/ loading at Frankfurt Messe is booked by our handling service.
Exhibitors and contractors must book this service in advance.
Exhibitor shipments go directly to the Routes World Advance Warehouse
Our team transfer them to the venue and place at your booth before you arrive.

CONTRACTOR EARLY ACCESS: STANDS OVER 100M2/ SPONSORS
Contractors building any individual stand over 100m2 can book EARLY ACCESS unloading.
Slots start from 14:00 on Sunday 18/10 and must be booked in advance with EFI. -
You MUST have approval from Routes/ show management to move-in on Sunday 18/10.
Unloading on 18/10 by forklift service is MANDATORY

CONTRACTOR GENERAL UNLOADING 19-20 October
All other stands can move in from 08:00 on 19/10
You can book unloading by forklift here. Order deadline is MONDAY 28th SEPTEMBER
Bookings will be taken on a FIRST COME FIRST SERVED basis.
Vehicle access for set-up and dismantling requires pre-registration through the
Messe Frankfurt Electronic Entry System.
Drivers and freight forwarders must register online, print the confirmation pass, and follow signs to the check-in area via the F-Rebstock motorway exit (Bruno-Poelke-Strasse).
TRUCK PARKING on site is arranged with and paid to Frankfurt Messe.

If you are shipping from outside the EU, your shipment must be customs cleared.
The following shipping deadlines apply to all shipments:
ORDER SERVICES with EFI no later than 28th September 2026
Submit customs invoice for checking NOT LATER THAN 7 working days before goods arrive
Sea freight to arrive at HAMBURG NOT LATER THAN 10 working days prior to first day on site
Airfreight to arrive at FRANKFURT (FRA) NOT LATER THAN 7 working days prior to delivery on site
Advanced warehouse - all goods must arrive by LATEST Wednesday 14th October
