EFI Logistics are appointed as official freight forwarder, customs agent and on-site materials handling company for Routes World 2026 in Riyadh, KSA
EFI is the only company sanctioned by Routes to customs clear and deliver shipments for this event.
All materials move in or out of the RFECC, by our handling team.
Please book all services in advance to ensure our best rates and service.

Send your completed freight order/ shipping/ customs invoice to EFI BEFORE you ship to Routes World. We will send you official event shipping labels and our green light to ship to Riyadh

Services to Routes Exhibitors, Sponsors and Contractors:

Door to booth shipping service for exhibitors, tracked with PDF notifications/ confirmation of final delivery to your stand. You will receive full on-site support from our team in Riyadh.

Customs clearance including use of our customs bond which allows us to clear temporary import equipment for a show as quickly and cost effectively as possible.

Material Handling at the Exhibit Hall: By EFI Service Only
All material handling/ unloading/ loading at Riyadh Front ECC is by our handling service.
Exhibitors and contractors must book this service in advance.
All exhibitor shipments go to the Routes World Advance Warehouse.
Our team transfer them to the venue and place at your booth before you arrive.
You will find details of the advance warehouse in our shipping instructions (below).
For Direct Delivery to the venue (full truck loads only) time slots will be allocated to each exhibitor for move-in and move-out of materials to/ from the Palacongressi, Rimini.

If you are shipping from outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, your shipment must be customs cleared.
The following shipping deadlines apply to all shipments:

Submit customs invoice for checking NOT LATER THAN 7 working days before goods arrive in KSA
Sea freight to arrive at DAMMAM NOT LATER THAN 10 working days prior to first day on site
Airfreight to arrive at Riyadh (RUH) NOT LATER THAN 7 working days prior to delivery on site
Advanced warehouse - all goods must arrive by LATEST Monday 12th October
