EFI is the only company sanctioned by Routes to customs clear and deliver shipments for this event.
All material move/ move out at the Bharat Mandapam Convention Centre is by our handling team.
Please book all services in advance to ensure our best rates and service.
Send your completed freight order/ shipping/ customs invoice to EFI BEFORE you ship to Routes Asia. We will send you official event shipping labels and our green light to ship to New Delhi.

Services to Routes Exhibitors, Sponsors and Contractors:

Door to booth shipping service for exhibitors, tracked every step of the way with PDF notifications/ confirmation of final delivery to your stand. You will receive full support from our team in New Delhi.

Customs clearance including use of our customs bond which allows us to clear temporary import equipment for a show as quickly and cost effectively as possible.

Material Handling at the Exhibit Hall: By EFI Service Only
All material handling/ unloading/ loading at Bharat Mandapam is by our handling service.
All exhibitor shipments go to the Routes Asia Advance Warehouse in New Delhi
Our team transfer them to the venue and place at your booth before you arrive.
You must have EFI delivery code for your shipment before arrival. Use Routes Asia labels.
For Direct Delivery to the venue (full truck loads only) time slots will be allocated to each exhibitor for move-in and move-out of materials to/ from the venue. Exhibitors and contractors must book this service in advance. -

If you are shipping from outside India, your shipment must be customs cleared.
