We are here to help you move your materials in and out of the show as well as any shipping requirements from anywhere around the world. Please see below a list of services we can offer for this event as well as all relevant booking forms & shipping information.

Show Services From EFI:

Door to stand shipping service for exhibitors & stand fitters, tracked every step of the way with photographic notifications along route as well as upon final delivery to your stand. Including on-site support in case of any issues/ last minute requirements.

Advanced warehouse. Deliver your show materials to us before the show and we will store them at our secure warehouse before delivering them to your stand at the show ready for your arrival/ set up.

Customs clearance including use of our customs bond which allows us to clear temporary import equipment for a show as quickly and cost effectively as possible.

On-site handling services - Unloading of material by forklift truck, secondary lifting/ positioning of equipment/ Containers within the exhibition area, storage and return of empty packaging materials (exhibitors & stand contractors).

Heavy lifting - We work with the exhibitors before the show to meticulously plan the unloading & positioning of any heavy/ oversized exhibits. We arrange and operate all the necessary lifting equipment as well as completing a full risk assessment.
