EFI Logistics are proud to be appointed as official freight forwarder, customs agent and on-site materials handling company for Routes Asia 2025. EFI is the only company sanction to handle exhibit materials at the venue for this event.

 

We are here to help you move your materials in and out of the show as well as any shipping requirements from anywhere around the world. Please see below a list of services we can offer for this event as well as all relevant booking forms & shipping information. Services we offer all Routes Exhibitors, Sponsors and Contractors:

  • Door to stand shipping service for exhibitors, tracked every step of the way with photographic notifications along route as well as upon final delivery to your stand.
    Includes full on-site support in Perth.

     

  • Advanced warehouse. Deliver your show materials to us before the show and we will store them at our secure warehouse before delivering them to your stand at the show ready for your arrival/ set up. 
     

  • Customs clearance into Australia including use of our customs bond which allows us to clear temporary import equipment for a show as quickly and cost effectively as possible. 
     

  • Complete on-site handling services - Unloading of material and delivery directly to your booth. 
    Storage and return of empty packaging materials, assistance with packing, tagging and onward shipping.

We have set up an ADVANCED RECEIVING WAREHOUSE in Perth for early deliveries.
You can ship in advance to this location up to a week before the show.

RESTRICTED/ PROHIBITED ITEMS

Australian customs have specific criteria for exhibits and shipments to trade shows.

There is a list of prohibited and restricted items that are not permitted to enter Australia.

Do not attempt to ship food stuffs, beverages, alcohol or tobacco products of any kind.

 

CHECK BEFORE YOU SHIP
Due to the complexities of the Australian customs regulations, we strongly suggest that you send your completed customs invoice form to EFI BEFORE you dispatch your shipment. EFI will check your shipping documents with their customs agent in Perth and give you the green light to ship. You should submit documents for checking not less than 48 hours before you plan to ship.

This should be used if you are booking services with EFI. We will lodge this with our customs broker in Perth. If you use this document, all customs formalities will be completed by us and billed to you.
