Advanced warehouse receiving. Deliver your show materials to us up to 2 weeks before the show and we will store them at our secure warehouse before delivering them to your stand at the show ready for your arrival/ set up. 

Customs clearance including use of our customs bond which allows us to clear temporary import equipment for a show as quickly and cost effectively as possible. 

Complete on-site handling services - Unloading of material by forklift truck, secondary lifting/ positioning of equipment within the exhibition area, storage and return of empty packaging materials (exhibitors & stand contractors). 

Heavy lifting - We work with the exhibitors before the show to meticulously plan the unloading & positioning of any heavy/ oversized exhibits. We arrange and operate all the necessary lifting equipment as well as completing a full risk assessment to determine the safest time for the lift to take place.
