EFI APPOINTED SOLE
CONTRACTOR TO OFFSHORE EUROPE
Reed Exhibitions have confirmed EFI
Logistics as the sole lifting and freight contractor for OE09.
Offshore Europe is the market-leading exhibition and conference for the oil
& gas industry. Held every two years in Aberdeen, Scotland, OE attracts
exhibitors and visitors from all over the world. EFI were selected as sole
contractor following a competitive tender process.

SUSTAINABILITY AT EFI
Management and staff at
EFI are working towards a more sustainable future in the events industry.
EFI have joined a
Reed Exhibitions initiative to review and implement sustainable business
practices. Ashley Head has been nominated EFI's Sustainability
Champion and is overseeing the review. 'We face challenging
times.' said Ashley. 'Our industry has a bad rep when it comes to impact
on the environment. We need to look carefully at how we work and how our
business affects those around us.'

HEALTHCARE OFFICIAL FOR WORLD
DIABETES CONGRESS
Following the hugely successful IDF World Diabetes
Congress in Cape Town EFI have been appointed
as sole logistics partners for the 2009 event in Montreal. The EFI team will be responsible
for shipping, customs and all on site materials handling at the Palais des
Congres. The IDF expect 'substantial growth' in both the exhibition and
conference sectors
of the event.

EFI APPOINTED FOR
PRAGUE STADIA EVENT
Stadia & Arena Events has appointed EFI
Logistics as their official international forwarding and on site materials
handling partner for the 2009 event in Prague.
Ashley Preston will lead the EFI team in Prague.
Following successful shows in Munich and this year as the opening event at
the new Wembley Stadium the 2009 event will
attract suppliers and manufacturers from across the sporting venue industry.

EFI TO SUPPORT CWD 'FRIENDS FOR LIFE UK' 2009
EFI director Ashley Head has joined the Children
With Diabetes 'Friends For Life 2009' steering committee.
FFL 2009 will
be the first conference for families of children with type one diabetes to
be held outside of the United States. Ashley is working on a sponsors
program to make the event accessible for disadvantaged families who might
otherwise not be able to attend.
