ON SITE ACCESS STORAGE SERVICE

EFI, in conjunction with the FDI, will provide lockable storage units at the venue.
These can be accessed directly from the show floor. Access will be managed/ controlled by the exhibitor/ exhibit manager
for each company. These units must be pre-ordered from EFI. Please use the special order form – double-click on the
BOOKING FORM button on the right. Shipments marked for access storage will be unloaded by EFI and moved directly
to the exhibitors’ pre-ordered storage unit.

Please ensure all product/ packages/ pallets/ cases shipped to Stockholm specifically for on site, in-show storage
must be clearly marked 'ACCESS STORAGE'.

Storage rooms can be used simply for storing excess product/ giveaway material or for the assembly/ stuffing of bags for
distribution at the show. These units are only available to registered exhibitors. All units will be located in the exhibit hall
towards the loading dock side. General area security will be provided; exhibitors are responsible for security of individual
storage units.

COSTS
Access storage units are available in increments of 9m2 (3m x 3m)*.
For your planning we estimate the following storage capacity examples:

9m2** (3m x 3m) will hold appx 4 x loaded pallets/ skids (100 cms x 100 cms)
27m2 (3m x 9m) will hold appx 14 x loaded pallets/ skids

Each 3m x 3m (9m2) block will cost Euro --------

This cost covers all administration, handling from the loading dock to the storage area,
construction of the storage area, general security (external only – not inside each unit) and provision of one set of keys
per room/ unit.

Additional Services: Chairs, tables lighting and/ or power outlets are available but must
be ordered separately, either via EFI or directly from the general contractor. EFI can also provide labour and equipment
to move stock (either before show opening or after show closing) each day. Please request this service in advance from EFI.

Outbound handling/ disposal of excess/ remaining product after the show will be charged according to volume.
EFI will arrange transport to an onward destination – instructions can be confirmed to the EFI Service Team on site in
Stockholm before close of show.
